Here at Pacific we use a subscription based billing method. Payments are automatically debited from a nominated debit or credit card on a monthly basis in advance and with our simple pricing tiers, you always know how much you will be paying and when.

Our tiers offer a significant saving on casual class based rates and scheduled periods of no class have been factored into the monthly payment to provide consistency throughout the year.
Do you have more than one dancer attending classes with the school? Take 10% off the monthly subscription for your family. Contact us to have the discount applied to your subscription.
REGISTER
Register a dancer and subscribe to the relevant tier and dancer program extension using your debit or credit card. The day you first register will become your payment day for each month going forward.

PAY
Each month, your payment will be automatically debited from your nominated card for the month ahead. You'll receive an email in your inbox after each successful transaction.

UPDATE YOUR DETAILS
Let us know if your details change so we can update your subscription. Send an email to office@pacificirishdance.com well in advance of your next payment date.

Payment Terms
GENERAL

A dancer should be registered and setup with an active subscription prior to attending their first class (excluding free trial classes).

Payments are made in advance for the month ahead and run for 11 transaction months per year.

Scheduled class breaks throughout the year for competitions, public holidays and school holidays etc. have been considered when setting each subscription tier. Refer to 2024 Events for further details.

An email receipt will be automatically sent to the registered email on receipt of payment.

Pricing tiers are set at the amounts listed above and are inclusive of tuition fees for the number of classes relevant to the tier and a transaction fee (The transaction fee charged by our payment provider is 1.75% of the total transaction amount + $0.30).

Pricing may be adjusted by us at any time. You will be notified by email of any changes to the pricing tier at least 30 days prior.

If a transaction is declined it will automatically retry 3 days after. If a card is declined 3 times your subscription may be cancelled and your payment details will need to be updated with us prior to attending any further classes. You will be automatically notified of any declined payments by email.

If your subscription has lapsed due to a declined payment method, competition and grade exam entries will not be available to the dancer until any outstanding amount is paid and your subscription is returned to an active state for the month ahead.

Please contact us immediately by email if your card details change or you anticipate any problems with your upcoming payments.

Additional costs that may be requested from time to time (eg. competition entries, grade exam fees, school t-shirts etc.) may be added to your next subscription payment if required. We will not add these expenses without your express permission.
​CHANGING YOUR PRICING TIER

Changes to your pricing tier can be made at any time as your dancer develops. We will discuss this with you if/when a change is required.

Changing your pricing tier to either upgrade to a more expensive tier or downgrade to a cheaper tier will result in a proration. See an example.
REFUNDS & VARIANCES

Refunds are not generally available for missed classes unless it is for a serious unforeseen circumstances. Missed classes may be made up by attending any other appropriate class time within the class constraints of the selected subscription tier.

If a dancer is going to be away from class for an extended period (more than 2 weeks), you should notify us prior to the preceding payment to request a variance to your monthly payment/s.

Adjustments will not be made to the monthly amount unless informed and confirmed via email.
